While painting and volunteering at the Art Association of Oswego as resident artist/administrator, Ron Throop has created a series of large abstract paintings each with its own “musical” form and color. Throop has long been a figurative painter and believes this process of painting abstractly has summoned a breakthrough in the art. He invites the community to attend an outdoor exhibit (with great music playing) at the Art Association during Harborfest weekend.
