COVID-19 Arts Impact Fund

Unrestricted grants to provide relief for artists or small organizations in the region that experienced financial loss due to the Novel Coronavirus pandemic. Categories include: Restart/Reopen, Relief, and Resiliency. Awards are determined by organizational budget size. Location: Cayuga, Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego counties. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Arts Education Grants (NYSCA Decentralization)

Project support grants for organizations to provide in-school or community-based learning experiences that are sequential and skill-based. Awards range from $500 - $5,000. Locations: Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego counties only.

Project support grants for arts, culture, and heritage programs that are accessible to the public. Awards range from $500 - $5,000. Locations: Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego counties only.

Tourism & Economic Development Grants (County of Onondaga)

Project support grants for organizations to provide programming that specifically targets out-of-county audience members and projects that demonstrate economic impact in Onondaga County. Awards range from $10,000 - $50,000. Location: Onondaga county only.

Tier Three Project Support Grants (County of Onondaga)

Project support grants for organizations to provide arts, culture, and heritage programs in Onondaga County. Awards range from $1,000 - $10,000. Location: Onondaga county only.

State & Local Partnership Technical Assistance Regrants (NYSCA SLP) 

A partnership program of the New York State Council on the Arts for 2020 State & Local Partnership Grantees only. Grants of $500 are available to support costs associated with virtual programming and services for SLP organizations impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Location: Statewide

Individual Artist Commissions (NYSCA Decentralization)

Project support grants for individual artists to create new work and present it to the community. All artistic disciplines are welcome. Artists in all stages of their career are encouraged to apply. Awards range from $1,000 to $2,500. Locations: Cortland, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, or Oswego counties only.
