The SyraQs Film Festival is a free, web-based micro film festival. The Syracuse public can access the micro films via QR codes located at the location the film was made. The festival is designed to spark local artists’ content displayed minimize inertial models for engagement with the arts. Content is linked to the locale, facilitating deeper engagement with the public space in the interest of fostering community fellowship in the arts.
